🏊‍♀️ Swimming Lessons at Rock Glen

At Rock Glen Family Resort, our swimming lessons follow the nationally recognized standards of the Lifesaving Society Canada—Canada’s leading authority on water safety and swim instruction.

Our programs are designed to help swimmers of all ages build confidence, develop strong swimming skills, and learn essential water safety techniques in a fun and supportive environment.

Our lessons are based on the Lifesaving Society’s Swim for Life® program, focusing on:

• Water safety and awareness
• Confidence in and around water
• Skill development at each level
• Endurance and stroke improvement

• Preschool and school-aged children
• Beginners learning water comfort
• Swimmers looking to improve their skills

• Certified instruction following Lifesaving Society Canada standards
• Small class sizes for more personalized learning
• Safe, family-friendly environment
• Lessons held in our heated indoor pool
