Speed Limit
- Maximum speed throughout the Resort is 10 km/h.
- Watch carefully for children, cyclists, pedestrians, and pets.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Please keep music, voices, televisions, and generators at respectful levels.
Campsites
- Please keep your campsite clean and free of clutter.
- Do not move picnic tables or fire rings.
- Respect campsite boundaries.
- Do not walk through occupied campsites.
Clotheslines
- Clotheslines are not permitted anywhere on Resort property, including between trees, trailers, vehicles, posts, or other structures.
- The use of collapsible drying racks is permitted
Trees & Landscaping
- Do not cut, damage, nail, screw, staple, or attach anything to trees.
- Do not dig trenches or alter your campsite without management approval.
Campfires
- Fires are permitted only in designated fire pits.
- Never leave a fire unattended.
- Firewood must be purchased locally to help prevent the spread of invasive pests.
- Fire bans must be followed immediately.
Garbage & Recycling
- Dispose of garbage and recycling in designated containers.
- Recycling should ONLY be placed in clear bags (no colour of any sort)
- Do not leave garbage outside overnight.
Visitors
- All day use visitors must register during office hours, and must vacate the Resort no later than 10:30PM
- Overnight visitors must register during office hours; members are responsible for registering visitors that may be coming after office hours. NON-REGISTERED VISITORS WILL BE DENIED ACCESS TO THE RESORT.

- Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors.
Vehicles & Parking
- One vehicle is permitted per campsite.
- Additional vehicles must be paid for at the front office and parked in designated parking lots.
- Parking on roads, vacant campsites, grass, or common areas is prohibited.
- Vehicle repairs and washing are not permitted on Resort property.
- Vehicles not displaying their parking pass may be subject to removal at the owners expense.
Bicycles, Scooters & Wheeled Devices
- Ontario law requires all riders under the age of 18 to appropriately wear an approved bicycle helmet. This is strictly enforced within the Resort; not complying can result in loss of riding privileges within the Resort.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children appropriately wear helmets.
- Ride safely and obey the Resort speed limit.
- Bicycles and scooters must be operated responsibly and may not be ridden recklessly through the Resort.
- Riding after dusk is prohibited.
Children
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
- Children must follow all posted playground, pool, and recreation rules; parks are closed by dusk.
- Children must be on site no later than 10PM.
Pets
- Pets must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet unless inside the designated dog park.
- Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
- Excessive barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated, and result in pets removal from the Resort.
- Pets are not permitted in Resort buildings, playgrounds, or pool areas unless they are registered service animals.
Alcohol
- Alcohol may only be consumed on your registered campsite or in designated licensed areas. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED.
- Please use koozies, or unlabeled containers for your beverages
- Public intoxication and disorderly conduct are prohibited.
Smoking & Vaping
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all Resort buildings, playgrounds/recreation areas and within 30 meters of each entrance.
- Dispose of cigarette butts in designated disposal containers.
Fireworks
- Personal fireworks are prohibited unless authorized by Resort management during approved events.
Pool & Resort Amenities
- All posted rules for the pool, playgrounds, fitness centre, recreation courts, dog park, and other amenities must be followed.
- Management reserves the right close amenities without notice due to weather, maintenance, staffing, or safety concerns.
Wildlife
- Please do not feed wildlife.
- Store food securely to avoid attracting animals.
Respect for Others
- Please treat fellow guests, staff, and Resort amenities with courtesy and respect.
- Harassment, threatening behaviour, vandalism, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
Emergencies
- In an emergency, call 911 immediately.
- Once emergency services have been contacted, notify the Resort office as soon as possible, or dial 800 at the gate call box after hours.
Management Rights
Management reserves the right to interpret and enforce all Resort rules as they see fit. Guests or visitors who fail to comply with these rules may be asked to leave the property without refund. These rules are intended to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly environment for all.
