Thank you for choosing Rock Glen Family Resort for your special event! Please review the following policies before submitting your booking request.
Event Policy & Availability
- Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your reservation.
- Your event is only confirmed once:
- You receive confirmation from Rock Glen Family Resort, and
- The required $100 deposit has been received.
- If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please call us to follow up.
- If your requested date or time appears unavailable, please contact us directly — we may still be able to assist you.
- Please note: We do not accept event bookings during July and August.
Guest Count & Insurance
- Events with more than 20 guests must provide proof of liability insurance prior to the event date.
- Insurance must list Rock Glen Family Resort as an additional insured.
- Bookings requiring insurance will not be finalized until documentation is received.
Alcohol Policy
If alcohol will be present at your event:
- You must provide a valid Special Occasion Permit issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
- You may also be required to provide liquor liability insurance.
- All alcohol service must comply with AGCO regulations.
- Required permits and insurance must be submitted prior to the event.
Add-On Activities
We offer the following optional add-ons:
- Pool Access
- Indoor Play Area
Each add-on includes 1 hour of use unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Additional time may be booked based on availability.
Pool Supervision Requirements
For safety reasons:
- A minimum of 1 adult (18+) for every 4 children is required.
- Adults must remain inside the pool area and actively supervise at all times.
- We reserve the right to deny pool access if supervision requirements are not met.
Liability & Damages
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Rock Glen Family Resort is not responsible for any injuries to guests during your event.
- Rock Glen Family Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused to the facility, equipment, or property during the rental period.
